The Theme

The definition of theme is "the subject of a talk, piece of writing, a person's thoughts, or an exhibition; a topic; an idea that recurs in or pervades a work of art or literature." I have noticed a theme in my life, and I'm guessing (hoping, praying) that all of you have a similar theme running in your life. 

As I was preparing for this week's writing, I went back through my texts and screenshots that I sent myself. Yes, you read that correctly. If there is something I want to remember like a recipe or a quote or a Bible verse, I text myself. In my phone, I am "me (Kim)"!! Anyway, I send myself messages, so I can look back on them when I need to feel inspired or motivated. Since last Friday, I have sent myself about a dozen messages, images, etc. So my Faith Friday is going to be in the form of images, messages, and pictures with a theme.

My theme is faith, family, belief in God, and the belief that I, we, can get through the trials and troubles with God's grace because I, we, are not alone in this journey. God's love is an all encompassing theme of our lives. He has woven it into our souls. Don't lose sight of this theme. God bless and have a great Valentine's Day.
